Airport Curbside Pickup
Upon your arrival to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and before heading to baggage claim, please contact your chauffeur. Once you have received your baggage from baggage claim, please proceed to the escalators for your lower-level pickup. LS2 for Delta passengers and LN1 for non-Delta passeners where your chauffeur will meet and greet you curbside.
*Airport Inside Meet and Greet*
With the “Inside Meet and Greet”, your chauffeur will be standing in the chauffeur staging area just before baggage claim for your respective carrier "Red-side" Delta passengers and "Blue-side" non-Delta passeners. Please look for your name displayed on a tablet.
International Airport Service
Upon your arrival to the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and after you have cleared immigration and customs, please contact your chauffeur. Once you have received your baggage from baggage claim, proceed to the lower level exit of the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport where your chauffeur will meet and greet you on the outer curb.
